Weekly Schedule
July and August: Saturday to Saturday
CHECK-IN 3:00 P.M.; CHECK-OUT 11:00 A.M.
NOTE: All two bedroom units are weekly only in July and
August.
BOAT DOCKING for your boat is at the rate of $30/day or $180 week, for boats
18’ or less. Larger boats
$15 per foot per week. Boats over 25' are
$45 per day. Waverunners are $25 per day and $150 weekly. Advance
reservations must be made for all docking.
Trailers for boats 16' or less stored here free of charge.
Larger trailers may be stored at launch site for a nominal fee.
No charge for your water craft which does not require docking
(i.e., canoe, kayaks, small inflatables).
RATES are quoted for two adults and up to three children per unit
or suite. Additional adults are $30/day.
Additional children are $10/day. (Up to room capacity).
Day guests $20.00 per day per adult plus $10.00 per child and $5.00
per car. All guests must be
registered with the office. Facilities
are limited to paying guests.
Season: We are open from Apil1
1, 2009 through November 1, 2009
RESERVATIONS require 1/2 deposit or one day (whichever
is greater), with additional 1/2 balance due upon check in. All
rentals are plus 7% sales tax and 4% bed tax. Cash or credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or
Discover) upon arrival. Personal checks are only accepted for deposits made prior to
30 days before your stay.
DEPOSITS MUST BE
RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF WHEN RESERVATION IS MADE.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE
Rooms are cleaned prior to your arrival. It is expected that guests
maintain their room during their stay. All rentals include daily towel and
supply service. Porta-cribs are available for free. Rollaway beds and large
cribs are $10.00 per day.
PARKING One vehicle per unit or suite.
Second car
$10 (waived if paying for extra adults).
CANCELLATION
POLICY Full refunds of the deposit amount will be cheerfully refunded less
20% handling charge anytime prior to 30 days of arrival date for weekly
rentals, 14 days for daily rentals. No refunds will be given anytime within 30 days of arrival date for
weekly rentals and 14 days for daily rentals.
No refunds for early departure or late arrival.
No cancellations by E-mail.

without notice.
**Sorry no pets allowed.
***NON SMOKING: All unites and suites are strictly non smoking. Smoking is allowed on porches, balconies and grounds.
