Weekly Schedule
July and August: Saturday to Saturday
CHECK-IN 3:00 P.M.; CHECK-OUT 11:00 A.M.
NOTE: All two bedroom units are weekly only in July and
August.
BOAT DOCKING for your boat is $30/day or $180 weekly for boats
18’ feet or less. Larger boats add $15 per foot per week. Boats over 2
1’ are $45 per day. Wave runners are $25 per day or $150 weekly. Advance
reservations must be made for all docking. Trailers for boats and wave
runners 16’ or less stored here free of charge. Larger boats may be
store at launch site for a nominal fee. No charge for your water craft
which does not require docking (I.e., canoe, kayaks, small
inflatable’s.
RATES are quoted for two adults and up to three children per unit or
suite. Additional adults are $30/day. Additional children are $10/day
(up to room capacity). Day guests $20 per day per adult plus $10 per
child and $10 per car. All guests must be registered with the office.
Facilities are limited to paying guests.
Season: We are open from April
1, 2010 through November 1, 2010.
RESERVATIONS require ˝ deposit
or one day (whichever is greater), with additional ˝ balance due at
check in. All rentals are plus 7% sales tax and 4% bed tax. Cash or
credit card (Master card, Visa, American Express or Discover) upon
arrival. Personal checks are only accepted for deposits made prior to 30
days before your stay.
DEPOSITS MUST BE
RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF WHEN RESERVATION IS MADE.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE
Rooms are cleaned prior to your arrival. It is expected that guests
maintain their room during their stay. All rentals include daily towel
and supply service. Pack and plays are available free.
PARKING One vehicle per unit or
suite. Second car $10 (waived for extra paying adults)
CANCELLATION
POLICY Full refunds of the
deposit amount will be cheerfully refunded less 20% handling charge
anytime prior to 30 days of arrival date for weekly rentals, 14 days for
daily rentals. No refunds will be given anytime within 30 days of
arrival date for weekly rentals and 14 days for daily rentals.
No refunds for early departure or late arrival.
No refunds will be given for reservations made for June 7 thru June 12,
2010. No cancellations by E-mail.
